Yes. Bali has full 4G/5G from north to south. Lombok has 4G in Mataram, Senggigi, the south (Kuta Lombok), and on the approach to Mount Rinjani. The Gilis (Trawangan, Meno, Air) have stable 4G in villages and along the coast; some remote beaches may be 3G only. The fast boat from Padang Bai holds signal through most of the crossing.
