Scan the QR code from the email under Settings > Mobile Data > Add Data Plan. You can also enter the codes manually.

Can I reinstall an eSIM after deleting it from my device?

Yes, eSIMs can be reinstalled from the same QR code they were installed with. The eSIM must be valid, active and still holding an active data plan.

How can I request a refund?

What is the validity of your eSIMs?

Accepted Answer

eSIMs are valid for 180 days prior to activation. After activation, the plan is valid for the length purchased. Validity is extended with each top-up.
