Do I really not need a NIE or a Spanish bank account?

Accepted Answer

No. A passport and a European bank account are enough to activate these lines. That's the difference from the Simyo, MasMovil and HitsMobile plans we also sell: those belong to national operators, and each has its own requirements.

What's the difference between the national and international plan?

The same data and the same unlimited calls within Spain, plus 1,000 minutes to numbers abroad. On 60 GB that's €4.99 against €7.99. If you call home from your mobile, it usually works out cheaper than paying per minute.

Can I get it as an eSIM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. During sign-up you choose eSIM or physical SIM. With an eSIM we email you the QR; a physical SIM we post to you, or you collect it in the Fuengirola or Torrevieja shop.

Question 4

Can I keep my number?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you already have a Spanish number. During sign-up you choose to port it or get a new one, and we handle the switch with your previous operator. A foreign number can't be ported into Spain.

What if I need a lot more data?

There's the unlimited 5G data line, meant for people using a phone or a router as their home internet. It's data only, no calls, sold in 28-day periods with no automatic renewal.
